Up close whale encounters in Baja California

Experience more than just up close and personal whale watching. San Ignacio Lagoon is home to sea turtles who’s population has rebounded from over harvesting. Support local fishermen who’ve traded in their nets for conservation tags. In addition to daily whale encounters, you’ll get a chance to tag, weigh, and measure sea turtles and release them back into the lagoon. Do more on your trip to San Ignacio Lagoon!

Help local fishermen turned conservationists tag, weigh, measure and release sea turtles taken from San Ignacio Lagoon. Help us ensure their survival!

6 Whale Tours

Two whale watching tours per day. This tour takes place during the peak of our whale watching season in San Ignacio Lagoon in Baja California Sur.

11 Meals

Enjoy locally sourced food served by our local chefs. We serve fresh seafood and locally grown produce. Have special dietary needs? Let us know at registration.

Happy Hour

Relax and take it all in at our daily happy hours. This is the perfect time to catch amazing sunsets, conversation, and take some time to de-compress.

4 Nights-3 Days

Choose from our waterfront premium cabins, family cabins, or campsites. Our eco resort provides clean and eco friendly lodging for our guests.

Includes Transportation

This package includes transporation from and to Loreto International Airport (LTO): A 3.5-hour drive to the San Ignacio Lagoon.

Our waterfront premium cabins feature a queen and single bed. Sleeps up to 3 people. Hot water and private bathrooms included.

Family Cabins

Bring the entire family! Our family sized cabins sleep up to 4 people with 1 queen bed, single bed, futon, private bathroom and porch.
